Let’s roll into adventure! 😄✨
Tires start with rubber! 🌳⚗️ Some rubber comes from trees, and some is made in factories using cool science. They mix it with strong stuff to make it super tough and stretchy—ready for anything from race tracks to rocky roads! 🏎️🛣️
The rubber gets rolled out into big, flat sheets—like a giant rubbery pancake! 🥞 Then it’s shaped into a huge donut! 🍩 Yep, a tire starts out looking kind of tasty (but don’t eat it 😅)!
Next comes the tread—the squiggly patterns that help tires grip the road. A big machine stomps the pattern into the tire like a stamp! 👣🖨️
Time to bake! 🔥 The tire goes into a mold, like a tire-shaped waffle maker. It gets super hot so the rubber locks into its final shape! 🍽️🧇
After it cools down, the tire gets checked from top to bottom. ✅🔍 If everything looks great—it’s ready to roll out into the world! 🚗💨
Pretty tread-mendous, huh? 😎🛞🌟

“Wait?! is that…. a floating tire?!”
